UT McGovern Medical School
Ms. Parker is a 4th year medical student at UT McGovern Medical School. Her research interests include unique presentations of dermatologic conditions and quality improvement in the residency application process and graduate medical education curriculum. At McGovern, she is involved in the Medical Education Scholarly Concentration and serves as Vice President for the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She plans to apply for a residency in dermatology.
John R. Griffin
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
Dr. John Griffin is the director of dermatopathology as well as a clinical dermatologist at the multispecialty Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. He earned his MD at UT Houston Medical School, now UT McGovern Medical School and completed his residency in dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Griffin completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York City. In addition to his clinical practice Dr. Griffin is also on the editorial board for Cutis and is on the ASDP virtual slide committee.
