Stephen Hammond, MD, is a practicing dermatopathologist at Consolidated Pathology Consultants, Illinois. He completed a pathology residency at Boston University and a dermatopathology fellowship at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology, New York. Subsequently, he was section head of dermatopathology at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York and now practices dermatopathology at an independent laboratory in Illinois.
